how on on earth have these guys got 3.7 ranking, they should be 1, worst agency in melbourne and possibly Australia, they don't answer phone calls, they don't reply to emails and when you get a hold on one of them they have no clue on what's happening...

Saw a 'for rent' advertisement board and sent an inquiry on their website but didn't get any response at all. Have to ring the agent listed on the board a couple of times a few days later to get my questions answered. The lady agent assigned to this property must be very very busy...
