  You shouldn't get even one star, every morning there is a 15m queue. Two lines one for cashier, one for customer care, but no-one tells you that there is two different lines until you get to the door and then if you are in the wrong queue,you need to go back again. No signa or any guidelines. Unprofessional and unorganized.

  I don't know why this company gets such low reviews. My personal experience was great. I signed up online, got a call, went in and in just an hour, my account is open. Received my card quick, Dylan helped me in how to use the application and when I forgot my account ID, I simply called, waited for a call back and got it. At first I was having issues depositing my money from an ATM but that was my problem. I needed to input my account number manually, which is not a big deal.
  
  I dunno, maybe it's just me that appreciates the service.
  
  I also did a transaction last night and my card got blocked out of suspicion. The next morning, I get a call asking if it was me, the owner, and safe to say, the call didn't even last 30 seconds.
  
  My experience was easy to deal with and straightforward. Very happy.

  Terrible ! Is not organised there’s no line of wait . Not the first time I came to cash a check and nobody knows who is the last on the line.The same bank in Gzira do organises people by numbers but there’s no staff , after taking a number you can wait with out knowing when the attendant will cal you

  Poor customer service in terms of fast banking. Only one cashier serving 500 customers. No number to indicate who is first or last.
