  Really bad patient care. Went back to my doctor who explained I needed to have a mammogram. Went to book it in with them and they said that the radiographer would not do it on a person under 30. Just had a look at the report they provided after my ultrasound and the radiographer actually recommended a mammogram to confirm results! Incompetent staff and patient care is really not a priority.

  Had a very bad experience.
  
  Was waiting for weeks for an Ultrasound. Got schedule on one Friday. Went there while 8 hrs fasting. But then they said the technician is not available for the test. I was asked to reschedule next next week.
  
  Not acceptable.

  Staff friendly service they are very helpful and Doctor is very nice to have with all the people

  Mum is in a wheelchair , No automatic doors make it very difficult, reception staff seemed not to care that I was struggling to wheel my mum though the doors .
  The doors hit mum , when I told reception their care factor was 0....
  Very uncaring reception team .
  
  Justin the radiologist on the other hand is exceptional, he was excellent with my mum , he was friendly , professional, helpful and made up for the bad experience from your uncaring reception team .
  
  Because of Justin’s customer service and care I am changing your one star rating that I was going to give you to 5 stars for Justin .
  
  Tip for you is perhaps you should consider an automatic door for the elderly .... especially since your reception team won’t help ... 3 people no one could help ?

  On Sat 20 Jun from the CT BRAIN scan result, the I-RAD Doctor told my Family Doctor that i had brain tumour around 3cm on the left front of my skull. My GP doctor advised my family to save my life they must send me to Emergency Desk at Royal Melbourne Hospital immidiatly. Thank you!
