  I called at 10:10 They said they had a spot free at 1:10. I got there on time and I had to wait 45mins to see a doctor. How could you beginning that late when you booked me in only a couple hours earlier? Shocking service

  Maybe I was fortunate but have to rate 5 stars based on how helpful and speedy the staff were in my experience today. The family usually goes to SIA but when we needed to urgently see a GP this morning was told that they were booked out for today and tomorrow so would have to wait for a Monday appointment. Reluctantly went to Millennium only to find a helpful receptionist who explained while they were also booked out they could take a walk in appointments for those with an urgent need. Family member ended up waiting only 20 minutes to see a doctor who took a proactive and helpful approach to dealing with the issue which needs urgent attention to avoid hospitalisation.

  Been a patient of this medical center for a very long time, a time back when it was open til 12 midnight which was good if you needed i have to contact this clinic again for a 4th time due to the doctor not faxing through my referral to the hospital n now I'm in great pain. i even contacted the hospital n nothing... Their are much better clinics apart from this one , all the good doctors that used to be their have left. and some of the ones their now are very arrogant and rude and do not diagnose patients correctly. if u have no their choice then that's fine but if u do u can get much better help at other clinics

  $20 fee for new signups. They dont tell you till you arrive cause most people would walk.
  
  I booked an appointment still had to wait for 50 mins.
  
  The reception area looks horrible and feels unhealthy, theres no air flow felt like i was in a petri dish of bacteria.
  
  Doctor was ok.

  The worst medical centre in the west!
  You never see a doctor at your appointment time more like 2hrs later, the receptionist is absolutely rude
